HR Intern - India Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn about human resources practices and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will work closely with the HR team to support daily tasks and contribute to ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.

Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.

Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.

Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.

Provide support in day-to-day HR operations.

Perform research on HR best practices and industry trends.

Requirements

Completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
