We value innovation, consistency, and customer satisfaction.Join us in shaping the future of healthy eating.Job Description : We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to manage day-to-day operations including inventory, orders, scheduling, purchases, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and delivery platforms.Key Responsibilities : - Manage and update the company website with daily menu or product changes.- Coordinate and track daily deliveries to ensure timely dispatch and customer satisfaction.- Prepare and share the next-day work schedule with staff.- Handle daily purchases and maintain records of vendor transactions.- Track sales across all platforms and maintain accurate reports.- Manage and record daily inventory, ensuring sufficient stock for smooth operations.- Plan and schedule Canva posts for marketing and social media visibility.- Maintain detailed records of all expenses and assist in basic accounts management.- Monitor and coordinate café orders to ensure accuracy and timely service.Required Skills & Qualifications : - Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets- Good communication and coordination skills- Strong attention to detail and accountability- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively- Familiarity with Swiggy / Zomato platforms (preferred)- Experience in F&B or operations (preferred but not mandatory)Working Details : - Working Hours : 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM, 6 days a week- Work Mode : On-site- Reporting To : Founder- Start Date : ImmediateCompensation : - Salary Range : ₹3,00,000 - ₹3,60,000 p.a.
