Job Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic finance professional to lead our core finance tasks, coordinate with external vendors, and collaborate with the Operations team. This role will involve monitoring projects, managing supplier relationships, driving internal efficiency, and providing data insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare comprehensive financial forecasts, budgets, and periodic management reports to inform business decisions.
- Coordinate with external vendors for statutory accounts, tax filings, payroll, and compliance requirements to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Support the Operations team with cross-functional initiatives beyond finance, fostering collaboration and smooth operational execution.
- Monitor projects and marketing initiatives, focusing on cost control and return on investment analysis to optimize resource allocation.
- Manage supplier relationships and support vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms and drive value.
- Drive internal efficiency by refining systems, processes, and time-management tools to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate across teams, time zones, and cultures to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes.
- Provide timely and actionable data insights for decision-making, reporting, and performance tracking to inform business strategies.
Essential Qualifications :
Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.CA / CPA / CFA / ACCA certification is highly desirable.Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, operations, or business support roles.Proven CRM experience is essential.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
