Role 1 : Salesforce Technical Solution Architect Core Cloud Focus (Sales / Service Cloud)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled  Salesforce Technical Solution Architect  to lead and design robust Salesforce solutions for  Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations . This role will drive architectural decisions, align solutions with business goals, and ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
  • Architect scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Design data models, user interfaces, workflows, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.
  • Provide guidance on Salesforce configurations, custom development (Apex, Lightning Web Components), and integrations (REST / SOAP APIs).
  • Review and optimize Salesforce performance, security, and scalability.
  • Mentor development teams, conduct design / code reviews, and enforce coding best practices.
  • Lead deployment processes and oversee DevOps frameworks for Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 4 years as a  Salesforce Solution Architect .
  • Strong expertise in  Sales Cloud and Service Cloud  implementations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies :   Apex, Visualforce, LWC , and integrations.
  • Certifications :   Salesforce Application / System Architect  (or working toward CTA).
  • Experience with  CI / CD tools , Salesforce DevOps, and version control systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
