Job Description : We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and integration strategies, with a strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs).
Key Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Data Cloud implementationsDesign scalable data models and ingestion pipelines for real-time and batch dataDefine data governance, security, and compliance strategiesExtensive experience in an Information Technology role (>8 years)
5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce developer required.SFDC platform developer I and II, App builder certification preferredExperience working in a 1000+ user organization with large data volumes preferredFamiliarity with sales, service and marketing processesCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsIntegrate Salesforce Data Cloud with external systems using MuleSoft, APIs, and ETL toolsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to development teamsEnsure performance optimization and best practices across the data ecosystemRequired Skills :
Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform)Deep understanding of data architecture, data lakes, and data warehousing conceptsExperience with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Einstein AI 'Proficiency in data integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.)Knowledge of identity resolution, segmentation, and activation strategiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
