We’re hiring a sharp and high-ownership Account Manager (Enterprise Accounts) to join our fast-growing team and be the face of SkillsCapital for our global clients. If you’re ready to take initiative, work cross-functionally, and be trusted with real responsibility — this is your opportunity.

  • A strong mix of enterprise execution and startup scaling experience

  • ✅ Who Should Apply

  • 1–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, project coordination, or delivery roles
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — and comfortable interacting with global clients
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and attention to detail
  • You enjoy taking ownership of problems and finding solutions, not just escalating them
  • You hold yourself accountable for outcomes, not just tasks — and take pride in delivering results
  • You’re proactive, organized, and thrive in a startup environment where expectations are high and micro-management is low
  • You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and figuring things out with speed
  • Bonus : exposure to tech consulting, remote delivery teams, or enterprise software clients
  • You want to be part of a startup that’s scaling globally and are looking for real responsibility, not routine
