Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure compliance, and manage reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, corporate finance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records and ensure consistency across financial statements.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Generate MIS reports for internal stakeholders to aid in financial decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
• Manage tax filings and ensure timely submissions in accordance with Indian laws.
• Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors during audits.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital needs.
• Prepare and manage budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Implement, maintain, and upgrade accounting systems and software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
• Design and enforce robust internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard organizational assets.
• Provide financial insights and data-driven recommendations to support strategic initiatives and growth plans.
• Work closely with leadership to align financial planning with organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the department.
