Accounting & Bookkeeping : Redefining what it means to do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service

FinTech payments : Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses

Sleek launched in 2017 and now has around 15,000 customers across our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. We have around 500 staff with an intact startup mindset.

Requirements

At Sleek, we believe that AI is transforming content marketing, but human expertise is what ensures lasting impact. We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who can leverage AI tools to produce high-quality, data-driven content that ranks well in search results and converts readers into customers.

This role focuses on the Singapore market. You will combine AI efficiency with editorial insight to create content that is accurate, engaging, and tailored to local business audiences.

Mission

Use AI and data to create conversion-focused content that ranks on search engines and supports Sleek’s business growth in Singapore.

Key outcomes

  • Drive SEO growth : Increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions across Sleek’s websites.
  • Prioritize high-ROI topics : Develop and execute a data-led editorial plan.
  • Maintain a consistent publishing cadence : Deliver a steady flow of high-quality content each month, including blog posts, landing pages, newsletters, and editorial pieces. Each piece should align with Sleek’s tone of voice, search intent, and conversion objectives.
  • Ensure quality publishing : Manage content briefs, edits, localization, stakeholder approvals, and WordPress publishing with attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.
  • Achieve top SERP positions and strengthen AI visibility : Rank Sleek’s content for key industry keywords while improving AI-assisted content discoverability across platforms.
  • Scale with AI : Integrate and refine AI tools for scalable content production.
  • Track and report performance : Measure keyword rankings, traffic, engagement metrics, and conversions. Provide actionable monthly reports with insights and improvement plans.
  • Optimize content operations : Continuously refine workflows, SOPs, and best practices to enhance the efficiency of AI, SEO, and WordPress publishing processes.

What you’ll do

  • Own the editorial calendar for Sleek’s Singapore market. Research, brief, write, localize, edit, and publish content aligned with business goals and search intent.
  • Leverage AI tools for ideation, drafting, and editing. Use human judgment to refine and enhance outputs to meet Sleek’s brand and editorial standards.
  • Prioritize high-impact topics using data from SEO tools, keyword research, and customer insights to focus on content that delivers measurable business outcomes.
  • Apply strong SEO practices, including keyword optimization, structured titles, internal linking, and adherence to E-E-A-T principles (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness).
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance with Singapore accounting, tax, and business regulations.
  • Monitor and optimize performance using tools such as Google Search Console and SE Ranking. Continuously improve content that underperforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, product marketing, and CRM teams to align on messaging and funnel priorities.
  • To do this you will have :

  • 6+ years of experience in content marketing with a strong focus on SEO and content strategy.
  • Collaborative team player, receptive to constructive feedback, and eager to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving landscape.
  • Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and generating qualified leads or conversions through content.
  • Skilled in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SE Ranking, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Strong command of WordPress and experience managing AI-driven content workflows.
  • Ability to evaluate and refine AI-generated content for SEO and audience engagement.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English.
  • Experience managing editorial calendars and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Background in Accounting, Tax, or Financial Services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered video or content optimization tools is advantageous.

    Excellent listener and clear communicator : We have a variety of nationalities and for many people, English isn’t their first language. For you to excel, you’ll need to be present in your calls and make sure you properly receive and thoughtfully send messages to others in the business.

    About the interview process

    The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages (note that the order might be different to what you read below).

    We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish. Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role.

    A ~45 minute conversation with HR, where we’ll dive into recent work situations to understand how you collaborate and operate day-to-day.
