Paid Search Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing / Microsoft Ads, and other search engines for international markets (US / UK / Middle East / APAC).
• Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, and strategy to achieve KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPA).
• Develop A / B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve performance.
• Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals.
• Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients based in international time zones.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid search and digital advertising.
• Maintain strong communication and professionalism while managing client expectations across different geographies.
