Head of Quality Control

Are you a quality-first leader with a passion for process and precision

We're looking for a Head of Quality Control to take full ownership of quality systems across our entire production facility — from weaving to dispatch. This is a leadership role for someone who doesn't just check defects but builds a culture of quality, accountability, and system-driven execution .

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement SOP-based quality control systems across all departments – weaving, dyeing, finishing, stitching, and packing
• Establish inline and end-line quality checkpoints with measurable parameters
• Train and audit teams across departments to follow QC processes diligently
• Build reporting and documentation formats that capture real-time QC data
• Reduce rework, rejections, and customer complaints by root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Collaborate with production, design, and commercial teams to ensure product integrity from sample to shipment
• Lead internal audits and prepare factory for third-party buyer inspections or compliance audits

What We're Looking For :

• 8+ years of experience in textile / home furnishing quality control
• Hands-on knowledge of end-to-end production and quality issues in weaving, dyeing, finishing, stitching
• Strong documentation, audit, and reporting skills
• Ability to create and enforce SOPs, and manage people on the shop floor
• Exposure to export or buyer compliance environments preferred
