We are looking for Salesforce Consultants more than Admins. The person should be able to gather the requirements and implements / provide the solution to the client. The candidate should have excellent communication skills with good client management skills.

The candidate should possess multiple certificates. Following is the list : -

a) Salesforce Administrator (Required)

b) Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Required)

c) Salesforce Platform Developer (Preferred)

d) Salesforce Platform App Builder (Preferred)

e) Salesforce Business Analyst (Preferred)

Job Title : Salesforce Administrator Cum Developer(70% Admin +30 % Development)

Job Location : Pune (Hinjewadi Phase – 1) - Work From Office

Experience : 4+ Years

Shift Time : 3 : 00 PM to 12 : 00 AM

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment.
• Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
• Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials.
• Provide internal Salesforce training to users and develop training materials as needed.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and customize Salesforce to improve user experience and business efficiency.
• Implement new Salesforce features and functionality as needed.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, bugs, or performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by conducting regular system audits and data cleansing.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
