Head of Infrastructure and Operations

We're looking for a Head of Infrastructure and Operations leader to head of Infrastructure & Operations team. This role leads cloud engineering squads across the cloud core services such as Kubernetes Hosting, Developer Tooling, Security, and Reliability. This role drives scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure on GCP and Azure to support modern application needs. It demands deep technical leadership, a strong focus on automation, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Strategy & Execution

• Define and drive cloud strategy across Azure & GCP in line with business goals.
• Lead cloud migrations, hybrid cloud planning, and cloud-native architecture initiatives.
• Assess and adopt emerging cloud technologies for business value and resilience.
