The role involves driving sales or operations of our USA service business, reporting directly to the owner. Key responsibilities include :

• Direct Client Acquisition : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US market.
• Sales / Growth Process Ownership : Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
• P&L Management : Oversee financial performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
• Team Building and Leadership : Plan, execute, and build high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Strategic Planning : Collaborate with the leadership team to identify higher-margin opportunities and develop business pivots to drive growth.
