Job Title : Business Development Manager – IT Solutions

Location : Work from office

Experience Required : Minimum 3 years

Languages : English & Hindi (must be fluent)

Travel : Must be willing to travel nationally & internationally (short or long trips).

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our IT solutions team. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with pre-sales expertise to identify opportunities, understand client requirements, prepare tailored use-case documents, and deliver impactful presentations. She will be responsible for

  • driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and representing the organization in India and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities in IT services and digital transformation solutions.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Prepare customized use-case documents, proposals, and solution pitches.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos to stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for solution design and client onboarding.
  • Manage the entire business development cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Participate in industry expos, conferences, and client visits (domestic & international).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, or client engagement in IT / Software services.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services, enterprise software, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proven track record in sales closures or revenue generation.
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility and readiness to travel nationally & internationally.
