Responsibilities and Qualifications :
- Define, execute, and manage lead generation programs to meet conversion targets.
- Build strong relationships with brands / clients to identify growth opportunities.
- Engage CXOs and marketing leaders via , calls, emails, and CRM tools.
- Conduct regular online / offline meetings with prospective clients to pitch influencer marketing services.
- Maintain and track sales pipelines, forecasts, and qualified opportunities.
- Manage time effectively to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
- Prepare reports on outreach, campaign progress, and conversion insights.
- Work with internal teams to create compelling client presentations and proposals.
- Create persuasive sales pitches, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
- Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years in digital / influencer sales, Bengali proficiency, strong analytical, communication, and CRM skills.
