Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced  Senior Project Manager  to take ownership of large-scale solar projects from  concept to commissioning . The ideal candidate will be adept at developing and executing project plans, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee execution of solar projects (floating) from start to finish.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan including  schedule, resources, and work breakdown structure .
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with  safety standards, regulatory approvals, and client requirements .
• Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
