Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media Executive who can manage BabyOrgano’s social media presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to blend storytelling with strategy , ensuring our brand connects emotionally while achieving measurable engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
Assist in developing monthly social media calendars aligned with brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal trends.
Research trends, parenting conversations, and Ayurveda-related content to create fresh ideas for posts and reels.
Manage daily posting, story updates, and brand interactions with followers and communities.
Respond to comments, DMs, and queries professionally to maintain strong audience relationships.
Collaborate with designers and video editors for visual content and creative assets.
Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, etc.).
Generate weekly / monthly performance reports and recommend improvement strategies.
Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations, UGC (User Generated Content), and cross-promotions.
Work closely with the marketing, influencer, and creative teams to align content with brand campaigns and performance goals.
Support in content creation for paid campaigns, PR activities, and brand partnerships.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn marketing .
Creative thinking and excellent written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, etc.) .
Awareness of social media trends, memes, and content formats that work for D2C audiences.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in social media or digital marketing.
Experience with D2C, FMCG, or baby / wellness brands is an added advantage.
