Our client, a 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭-𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐚𝐚𝐒 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 (𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 a large series B). They are transforming how B2B teams onboard clients & manage projects, creating faster, smoother, and more delightful customer experiences.

We’re looking for a 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 to lead the full-funnel growth engine- driving strategy, execution, and alignment across Marketing & Sales to deliver qualified pipeline and measurable ROI.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨

• Own & scale global 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 across paid, organic, lifecycle & outbound channels.
• Lead & mentor a team of 3-4 demand gen experts driving regional & segment-based plays.
• Partner with 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗽𝘀 to define ICPs, build pipeline coverage, and ensure attribution accuracy.
• Optimize 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗖𝗔𝗖 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 & 𝗥𝗢𝗜.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 & 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗢𝗽𝘀.
• Track metrics, analyze funnel performance & continuously iterate what works.
