You need to be a HODLer of these

Educational Qualification : minimum requirement is Graduation

Experience : Minimum of 1 year in sales or wealth management

Preferred Background : Equity

Domain Knowledge : Strong expertise in sales, wealth management, capital markets, and investment products

  • Aptitude to learn about our markets and products
  • Local language expertise is a must
  • Preference to candidates with their own vehicles to commute within the base city and nearby geographies

You will be mining through these tasks

  • The candidate will be expected to source, acquire and onboard business partners for CoinDCX
  • This will entail complete ownership of lead generation strategy, partner prospecting, training and engagement, commission structures closure and onboarding procedures
  • Identify and approach potential channel partners (sub-brokers) through various means, including field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Prospective Partners must be vetted before onboarding to check fitment with respect to CoinDCX's values and user-first principles
  • Targets driven role and incentives will be linked to achievement of targets
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
