Production Manager

Job Description :

Oversee the complete jewellery production process from planning to final output

Ensure production schedules are met and orders are delivered on time

Monitor daily production activities and make adjustments as needed

Implement and maintain quality control standards

Inspect products and resolve quality-related issues

Manage and supervise production staff (hiring training performance review)

Maintain a positive and productive work environment

Handle raw material inventory and coordinate timely procurement

Optimize resources to reduce wastage and improve efficiency

Work closely with suppliers for quality and timely material supply

Identify and implement process improvements

Coordinate with design and sales teams based on demand

Prepare production reports for management
