Job Role :

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Executive – Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting solution design to enable data-driven decision-making and efficient business operations. This role is ideal for someone who has a foundational understanding of business analysis concepts and is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Documentation : Prepare and maintain detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and process flow diagrams.
• Business Logic & Process Analysis : Translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications, ensuring logical consistency and alignment with project goals.
• Stakeholder Management : Support communication between business users, development teams, and project managers to ensure smooth requirement handovers and updates.
• Data-Driven Insights : Assist in analyzing business data and KPIs to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Testing & Validation : Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help validate the developed solutions against business requirements.
• Communication : Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and accuracy of deliverables.
• Process Improvement : Suggest enhancements to existing systems or workflows for improved efficiency and productivity.

Educational Qualification
