are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to serve as the critical link between business objectives and technical execution. This role requires proven expertise in SaaS platform implementation and a strong grasp of the Agile methodology. You will focus heavily on requirements gathering, solution design, and ensuring the final product aligns perfectly with core business processes and stakeholder needs.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables :
1. Requirements Management & Solution Design
- Business Analysis : Elicit, analyze, and meticulously document business requirements and process flows from diverse stakeholders for SaaS product implementations or enhancements.
- Solution Translation : Translate complex business needs into detailed specifications, user stories, wireframes, and mockups, focusing on ensuring the softwares capability meets the business need.
- Product Backlog : Efficiently manage and prioritize the product backlog of user stories in close collaboration with Product Owners, ensuring business value drives development decisions.
2. Business Process & Quality Assurance
SaaS Alignment : Support the implementation and configuration of SaaS solutions, serving as the subject matter expert to align the software's capabilities with documented business processes.Quality Definition : Define clear and measurable acceptance criteria for user stories, and actively collaborate on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the solution's usability and alignment with initial goals.Gaps and Opportunities : Apply strong critical thinking to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for business process improvement within the scope of the SaaS solution.3. Stakeholder Communication & Governance
Liaison : Act as the essential liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, simplifying complex details for non-technical audiences and clarifying business logic for developers.Documentation : Produce clear and concise documentation, including requirements documents, process maps, user stories, and release notes.Required Skills & Experience :
SaaS Experience (Essential) : Proven, mandatory experience working with and supporting the implementation of SaaS platforms. Experience with specific platforms like Salesforce is a major plus.Agile Methodology : Strong hands-on experience working in an Agile development environment (Scrum / Kanban) and proficiency in documenting user stories.Technical Aptitude : Proficiency in tools and concepts such as SQL, Jira, Postman, and familiarity with APIs and JSON structure.Analytical Skills : Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and business analysis skills are needed to identify process flaws and drive solutions.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present complex information to all levels of the organization.Soft Skills :
