About GRG Health : GRG Health (A Growman Group Company) is an awarded, global healthcare knowledge services and market research company head quartered in Pune (India) with offices in Gurgaon, Bangalore, Boston (USA) and Singapore. GRG Health is working on developing machine learning models that can be implemented in traditional insights gathering and analytics approach. Our dedicated teams of data scientists are working with a few clients on pilot run of our AI engine.

Role Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Manager to join our in-house legal team in Pune.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in general corporate law, commercial contracting, regulatory advisory, and legal documentation, with a preferable background in the real estate sector. This role will involve direct engagement with internal stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and external counsel to ensure legal compliance and manage risk effectively across business operations.

Job Specification :

• LLB from a recognized university; candidates with CS will be an added advantage.
• 5 – 8 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with exposure to real estate companies or projects
• Sound knowledge of contract law, property laws, RERA, Companies Act, and general commercial law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage time efficiently, close issues quickly and effectively.
• Should be a self-starter.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
