Android Engineer - OTT Platform

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer - Frontend (Android) to join our core technology team in Mumbai. This role will be instrumental in building and scaling Mythik's D2C OTT platform, ensuring world-class user experiences through smooth performance, creative UI, and strong technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications for Mythik's OTT platform.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to implement engaging and interactive UI / UX.
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and scalability for large-scale user bases.
• Ensure seamless integration with backend APIs and content delivery systems.
• Manage app releases, updates, and deployment through Google Play Store.
• Implement automated testing and quality assurance processes.
• Continuously research and integrate modern Android development practices and libraries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on speed and reliability.
