Business Development & Sales
Drive sales of insurance products through bank partners in line with set targets.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve growth and profitability in the bancassurance vertical.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong working relationships with bank leadership, branch managers, and staff.
Act as a liaison between the company and bancassurance partners to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and performance tracking with partner banks.
Operational Excellence
Ensure timely issuance of policies, documentation, and servicing of customer requirements.
