Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Coach teams in Agile principles, SAFe practices, and Built-In Quality (BIQ) standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and TPMs to ensure backlog readiness and continuous value delivery.
• Proactively identify and remove impediments, reducing decision latency.
• Track and report sprint metrics including velocity, quality, and progress using Azure DevOps.
• Ensure compliance with Caterpillar's architecture, coding standards, and security protocols.
• Coordinate with DevOps and system architects for CI / CD deployments across environments.
• Support change management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
