Job description

Target Achievement

  • Drive and achieve sales targets for the Retail Assets business at a regional level, with a strong focus on unsecured loans, vehicle loans, and other retail lending products.

Infrastructure Enablement

  • Coordinate with the bank to provide necessary infrastructure support for Feet on Street (FOS) employees at the local level.
  • Team Performance Management

  • Monitor and manage the performance of the FOS structure associated with the retail asset vertical, especially housing loans, ensuring delivery against KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with the Head of Business, Head of Retail Assets, Team Leaders, and bank officials to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of frontline sales activities.
  • Resource Allocation

  • Ensure optimal deployment and utilization of budgeted resources to support field operations efficiently.
  • Productivity and HR Coordination

  • Maintain agreed productivity levels and collaborate with HR to identify underperforming FOS executives, taking corrective action as required.
  • Training and Development

  • Design and implement training programs for FOS teams to enhance skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
  • Sales Channel Activation

  • Activate and manage multiple sales channels to enhance reach, drive leads, and maximize conversions across the region.
  • Lead Management and Conversion

  • Define and oversee lead management processes and benchmarks to ensure optimal sales conversion and customer engagement.
  • Performance Metrics and Compliance

  • Set, monitor, and manage performance metrics for the FOS team while ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Revenue and Cost Management

  • Meet monthly revenue targets as per Key Result Areas (KRAs) while maintaining strict control over allocated budgets.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the customer base, expand market share, and achieve long-term growth objectives for retail loan products.
  • Leadership and Team Development

  • Provide strong leadership through clear communication of vision, effective coaching, and development of the sales team. Take corrective measures if performance deviates from targets.
  • Channel & Partner Development

  • Build and maintain partnerships with various channels, auto dealers, and aggregators to generate referral leads and strengthen business flow for assigned regions.
  • Marketing Coordination

  • Work in close collaboration with the Bank's Zonal Marketing Officer to implement marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition.
  • Operational Autonomy

  • Ensure all regional sales activities operate as a standalone revenue centre by activating required channels and operational support.
