Essential Duties
- Identifies problems, research answers and provide end users with corrective steps to resolve technical issues remotely.
- Contributes to the knowledge base by creating relevant articles.
- Complies with agreed upon service level agreements (SLA) with the business.
- Updates job knowledge by attending online courses, educational opportunities, or trainings given by different IT teams.
- (optional) Participates in non-work related activities to improve soft skills and personal networks.
