We’re building something exciting at Gautam Advertising - a 57-year-old INS-accredited advertising agency specialising in media planning and buying across Print, Digital, Outdoor, and Transit media.

Rooted in tradition yet focused on the future, we’re strengthening our digital capabilities and looking for someone who can help accelerate this growth. This is not another typical corporate job - you’ll work directly with the agency’s leadership, contributing to strategic decisions while managing real client campaigns that deliver measurable impact.

What we’re looking for :

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Programmatic platforms, and eCommerce (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with adaptability to change
• Confidence in managing client communication and campaign coordination
