Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Assurance Manager to join our dynamic team and ensure that every Darwinbox Implementation delivers the desired transformational value to our enterprise users.

The Delivery Assurance Manager serves as a key liaison between implementation teams, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all deliverables meet defined quality standards, timelines are adhered to, and client expectations are exceeded throughout the implementation lifecycle alongside ensuring their readiness to manage the system in the long run.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Delivery Management

• Oversee end-to-end Delivery Assurance for multiple concurrent Darwinbox Enterprise implementations across modules and geographies
• Ensure adherence to Darwinbox’s Implementation methodology ‘Inflexion’ and established best practices
• Drive timebound corrective actions via Client and Implementation Team leadership to ensure that the required resources with desired capabilities are available for the project.
• Serve as the strategic compass to ensure that Day 1 desired value is delivered on go-live based upon the E3 methodology (Experience, Effectiveness and Efficiency).
