We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer (Java) to drive end-to-end delivery of backend services and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Java coding expertise and the ability to lead development teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure high-quality technical execution across locations. This role requires strong technical leadership, communication, and the ability to steer delivery in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of backend applications using Java.
• Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Java code following best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Own delivery timelines, sprint planning, and development milestones.
• Guide and mentor team members, ensuring code quality and technical standards.
• Drive technical decision-making, solution design, and issue resolution.
• Oversee integration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
