Role Summary

As an Application Lead specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites , you will be responsible for leading and guiding the design, development, and configuration of enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Adobe AEM Sites.

Lead the end-to-end design, build, and configuration of applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery and stakeholder management.

Collaborate with multiple teams, guiding them in critical decision-making and solution design.

Conduct knowledge-sharing and training sessions to strengthen team capabilities.

Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and alignment with business goals.

Provide scalable solutions for complex, cross-functional technical challenges.

Drive innovation by staying updated on emerging trends in CMS, DAM, and integration frameworks.

Skills Required

Minimum 12 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.

Strong expertise in content management systems and digital asset management (DAM).

Strong proficiency in web development technologies / front-end technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Solid understanding of back-end integration methods, APIs, and third-party services.

Experience with Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE).

Exposure to modern web frameworks or cloud-based architectures.

Experience in delivering multi-site, multi-lingual digital platforms.

Track record of leading teams and managing project delivery in enterprise environments.

Exposure to cloud deployment of AEM (Adobe Managed Services / AEM as a Cloud Service).

Agile / Scrum project delivery experience.

Qualifications & Experience :

15 years of full-time education required.

Minimum 10.5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
