This is a full-time work-from-office job with the following roles & responsibilities :
Client Management :
- You will be the face of Social Saga for multiple clients, and you must ensure you understand their brand values, mission & vision. Use this information to develop the right Marketing Campaigns.
- You will be tasked with explaining our work (logos, packaging, monthly calendar) to the clients, making sure they understand why we've taken this route.
- Your responsibility will also be to take the right feedback from the clients about our concepts or designs. You must convey the same correctly to designers in order to best implement all client feedback.
Social Media Management :
Brainstorm with the Marketing Team, come up with social media campaigns that best suit our brands.You will be responsible for the timely posting on a brand's online presence (mainly Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube. At times, Twitter and Threads as well).We will also focus on current affairs, topicals, and trending reels / music in order to maximise engagement and reach of ours and our clients' Social Media Profiles.Basic Copywriting & Canva Skills :
Must have the skills to come up with catchy brief copies / ideas for Social Media posts, on campaigns & topical days for our brands.If we've got a crunch in the design team, will need you to quickly whip up a creative on Canva to just ensure we don't miss out on a trending post under Social Saga.Basic Blog Writing for a few clients. We can take help from ChatGPT, Claude and interns, whenever required. Writing blogs will not be a regular feature of your roles & responsibilities here, but it's good to have skill : )Skills Required
