We're Hiring : Telesales Representative cum Office Admin – Kozhikode

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telesales Representative to join our team at our upcoming Smart Home Experience Center in Kozhikode .

In this full-time, on-site role, you'll play a key part in connecting with potential customers, coordinating with our field sales team, and ensuring smooth appointment scheduling. Your day-to-day work will involve :

Calling and engaging with new leads
Following up on existing inquiries
Coordinating with field executives to set up product demonstrations
Managing customer relationships and ensuring a great experience throughout the sales process

Position : Full-time, On-site

Qualifications & Skills

Strong background in sales, lead management, and customer relationship building

Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain technical concepts in simple terms

Strong problem-solving, organisational, and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales tracking, and reporting software

Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (preferred for smooth customer interaction)

Ability to coordinate effectively with field teams and follow up on appointments

A positive, energetic attitude with a customer-first approach

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Flexibility to adapt to customer needs, schedules, and preferences

Basic understanding of smart home technology and IoT products is an added advantage
