About Digital Banking and Transformation
The Digital Banking and Transformation (DBAT) team builds new end-to-end customer propositions with an ambition of delivering new age financial services directly to the customers. The DBAT team has invested in digital capabilities that include building the banks own engineering team, adapting new age engineering practices and building an API centric architecture to improve customer experience, employee experience and efficiencies
About the Role
The person would be a part of D2C team in digital banking and would play key role in driving the unassisted business for the bank. Candidate is required to lead all the digital activities pertaining to the product with end to end deliverables.
The successful candidate is someone who is comfortable leading through others who do not necessarily report into him / her. Building relationships that allow him / her to translate the ideas into reality. The person will also need to be a strong planner detailed and focused on operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage various up sell, cross sell, acquisition & engagement campaigns to drive D2C business
Measure, analyse and optimize all KPIs to drive conversions and maximize the business
Identify the opportunities in owned digital assets to increase visibility for various products of the bank.
Devise road map to set up new capabilities, channels, customer touch points for generating sales and profitable growth for D2C channel
Track, measure, and revise campaigns based on rigorous data analysis to further optimize conversions.
Key deliverables for this role - growth in traffic, increase in logins, conversions & revenues for D2C Channel for a product.
Work closely with other functions - Product, marketing, MarTech, BIU to bring new proposition / ideas for campaigns
Plan and execute performance campaigns to acquire new customers to bank - Search, Display, Social.
Daily reviews on the status of leads and take action accordingly depending upon various dispositions of the leads.
Work on the product strategy & roadmap, ensure campaign readiness whenever a new product is getting launched digitally to any type of customer
Qualifications
MBA from a reputed institute with relevant prior experience of working on Performance marketing and campaign management within a Bank or Financial Institution 4+ years of relevant experience
