Bachelor degree in Instrumentation Engineering from recognized University / ISO 9001 & Hazardous Certificate
1. To review the Contract documents and specifications to understand the requirement of Quality related activities.
2. Preparation of Inspection Test Plan, Inspection and Test Procedure and Technical Delivery condition in compliance with Contract specification and relevant applicable codes and standards
3.Review of Inspection and Test reports as per approved ITP and in line with relevant codes and standards.
4.Inspection Coordination with Client, Vendor and Third-party inspectors for all stages as per approved ITP.
5.Coordination with vendor and Client for Punch Point closure
6. Inspection of Receipt material as per approved Drawing and Inspection test Plan
7. Involving various inspection activities during material receiving inspection as per Project Quality Requirements
8. Review of all Test reports's compliance with Contract specifications and applicable codes and standards etc
9.Organising Sub-Contractors, Vendors and Supplier's Pre-Inspection Meeting.
10. To Evaluate Manufacturer and Supplier by Auditing as per Project Quality requirements
11. Participating in Client Meeting and discuss / update about manufacturing inspection status and Technical Clarifications.
12. Knowledge in IEC Standard, IP Ratings & Hazardous area classification codes
