Role Overview :

The Fullstack Developer is a versatile technical role requiring 24 years of experience, focused on the end-to-end delivery of high-quality software applications.

Based in Gurgaon, this role spans both the backend (Java / Spring Boot) and frontend (React, Angular, etc.), with a unique emphasis on integrating AI-driven systems and agent-based solutions into product workflows.

The incumbent will participate actively in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) within an agile environment, prioritizing performance, scalability, and security.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive Fullstack Developer (2-4 years) proficient in designing and maintaining robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot, coupled with experience in building dynamic frontends using frameworks like React or Angular. This role is highly technical, involving the integration of cutting-edge AI capabilities into core product features. The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator, focused on ensuring application performance, security, and scalability across the entire stack.

Key Responsibilities and Development Deliverables :

• Backend Development and Architecture : Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services utilizing Java and Spring Boot. Ensure the backend architecture supports high performance and scalability.
• Frontend Development : Build and enhance frontend applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar frameworks, focusing on responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
• AI and Agent Integration : Actively Work on AI-driven systems and agent-based solutions, including integrating AI capabilities into product workflows and developing the APIs necessary to support these intelligence services.
• Full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) : Participate in a full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Performance and Quality : Be responsible for ensuring application performance, scalability, and security across both the client and server sides of the application.
• Agile Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps) in an agile environment to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of features.
