About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven EdTech Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting our education technology solutions to schools, colleges, training institutes, and corporate learning departments. Your role will involve building strong relationships with decision-makers in the education sector and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the education sector (schools, colleges, coaching institutes, EdTech platforms, corporate L&D departments).
  • Pitch and demonstrate EdTech products and solutions to educators and decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Generate leads through research, networking, and events.
  • Conduct presentations, webinars, and product demos.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals.
  • Maintain records in CRM and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams for feedback and growth strategies.
  • Attend education-related conferences and seminars to build brand presence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • Prior experience in EdTech / Education / SaaS sales is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the education system and decision-making process.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.G., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
