Albertsons Media Collective is the retail media network arm of Albertsons Companies. It connects retail brands with shoppers by delivering personalized, digitally native, and shopper-centric advertising experiences across both in-store and online channel The platform leverages Albertsons’ extensive first-party data and technology to help brands target and engage loyal shoppers and loyalty program members

Albertsons Media Collective offers omnichannel advertising solutions, including native display, sponsored products, email, search, and app placements, as well as innovative offerings like Collective TV—a solution for planning, executing, and measuring video ad campaigns across streaming, digital video, and soon linear TV. We are seeking a talented Salesforce developer to empower our business operations team.

You will be responsible for creating custom software applications on the Salesforce platform that meet our specific requirements for client management and other daily operations. You will also integrate Salesforce with existing systems, ensuring data accuracy and security and providing technical support whenever required.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in developing and customizing Salesforce applications, as well as experience in designing and implementing complex solutions.

Objectives of this role :

• Creating custom solutions by designing and developing Salesforce applications.
• Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing and deployment.
• Supporting, maintaining and improving the working of existing Salesforce applications for optimal functionality.
• Creating and maintaining integrations with other applications and systems using web services and APIs.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and other developers to identify and implement improvements for the system.
• Ensuring compliance with security and development standards of Salesforce.
