About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance & Accounts Manager to head our finance department. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial management, global business operations, and statutory compliance , ensuring sound financial health and efficient management of the company's financial activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts division , ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis .
  • Ensure statutory compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements ( BSE, SEBI, ROC , etc.).
  • Manage internal and statutory audits and coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements .
  • Handle international transactions , accounting for global business operations, and financial reconciliations.
  • Supervise cash flow management, fund planning, and banking operations .
  • Strengthen internal financial controls and reporting systems .
  • Provide strategic inputs to management for financial planning and cost optimization.

Qualifications

  • Qualification : Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance / Commerce (M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent).
  • Experience : Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, preferably in a diversified or global business setup .
  • Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS) , taxation, compliance, and financial laws.
  • Expertise in finalisation of accounts and preparation of financial statements .
  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP / SAP systems preferred.
  • Soft Skills : Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills .
  • Should have a strategic and detail-oriented approach with a high level of integrity .
