We are looking for a Social Media & Podcast Executive to join our team ASAP . This is a high-energy role for someone who lives and breathes podcasts, understands internet culture, and wants to grow fast under direct mentorship from our founder, who has scaled digital brands to over 2 million+ followers and worked with some of India’s top voices.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a producer for our podcast : research, cultural relevance, guest coordination, prep material, and keeping episodes sharp and compelling.
• Run social media marketing & distribution : reels, shorts, audiograms, copy, posting schedules, analytics.
• Assist with brand & growth strategy for podcast and company pages.
• Track trends, audience insights, and what’s working in the podcast / content space.
• Bring fresh ideas to keep us ahead of the curve.
