Working days : Mon to Sat (6 full days)

Timings : 10 am to 7 pm

Role Overview

The Social Media & Influencer Executive will play a key role in strengthening Soulflower’s online presence, managing influencer collaborations, and driving community engagement. You will be responsible for content creation support, influencer outreach & relationship management, and social media campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage daily posting schedules and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and queries promptly.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and viral content opportunities.
  • Support in creating content briefs and collaborating with the creative team for high-quality visuals, reels, and videos.

2. Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, research, and connect with relevant influencers (micro, macro, celebrity level) in the beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and skincare space.
  • Negotiate collaborations, barter deals, and paid partnerships.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring timely content delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
  • Track influencer performance metrics and prepare post-campaign reports.
  • 3. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Support seasonal, festive, and product launch campaigns across social channels.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and product teams for campaign creatives.
  • Assist in running social media contests, giveaways, and engagement activities.
  • 4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
  • Prepare monthly reports with key metrics like reach, engagement, follower growth, and influencer ROI.
  • Recommend improvements based on data analysis.
  • Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • Experience : 1–3 years of experience in social media management or influencer marketing (preferably in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, etc.).
  • Preferred Skills

  • Basic photo / video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools).
  • Network of influencers in beauty, lifestyle, and wellness niches.
  • Experience working with PR or influencer agencies.
