key responsibilty -

• manage end -to end hr operation including recruitment, onboarding, documents and exit formalities.
• handle payroll processing , attendance and leave management
• develop and imlpement hr policies and procedures.
• coordinate with department heads to fullfill internal hiring requirements
• support training and development activities.
• ensure compliance with labor and laws and company policies.
• maintain accurate employee records and prepare hr mis reports.
• address employee grievances and drive emlpoyees engagement intiatives.
• requirements -
• graduate / pg dergree in hr or a related field
• 5-8+years of experience in hr operation and recruitment (preferably in a recruitment or staffing firm)
• strong understanding of hr processes, statutory compliance, and hrms tools.
• excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• proactive, organized and able to multitask in a fast - paced environment.
• must be comfortable with a 6 days work week and ready to join immediately.
