Job Role and responsibility :

• Conduct one-on-one and group interview training sessions for students focusing on communication, body language, and confidence building.
• Develop and update training materials, mock interview scripts, and evaluation rubrics.
• Train students on HR and behavioral interview questions and professional etiquette.
• Provide personalized feedback and strategies to improve performance and confidence.
• Conduct mock interviews and other assessment tasks.
• Design interview preparation modules aligned with industry needs.
• Stay updated with current hiring trends and interview patterns.
• Identify individual learning gaps and provide personalized mentoring where required.
• Maintain attendance, performance reports, and feedback records.
• Contribute to Brototype's communication Instagram page through content preparation and presentation.

Requirements :

Added Advantage : Content creation and presentation skills, especially for social media platforms like Instagram.
