Accounts Receivable Specialist Role Overview

Key Responsibilities :

• Payment Processing : Verify and process payments for a portfolio of accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communication : Assist sales partners and customers in making payment arrangements, communicate discrepancies in charges, payments, credits, or balances, and respond to customer and field requests to obtain payment and payment methods.
• Account Reconciliation : Complete account reconciliations and submit payment moves, credits, & refunds within assigned accounts.
• Quality Control : Regularly review unallocated payments, credits, and debits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
