Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Reputation Management - Executive located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Executive will be responsible for monitoring and managing online reviews, ensuring positive brand perception, responding to customer inquiries, and escalating issues as needed. Daily tasks will also include developing strategies for reputation enhancement, collaborating with marketing teams, and analyzing customer feedback.

• Online Reputation Management and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Experience in managing brand reputation and perception is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
