Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Counsellor located in Chennai. The Education Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance to students in the selection of colleges, courses, and career paths. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing educational and career backgrounds, and facilitating student applications to various programs. The role also requires staying updated with educational programs, maintaining relationships with universities, and organizing workshops and seminars for students.

Qualifications

• Experience in Student Counseling, Career Guidance, and Educational Planning
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to assess and analyze students' educational backgrounds and career aspirations
• Knowledge of admission processes and college application procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Experience with organizing workshops and seminars is a plus
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for educational guidance
