Role : Senior Manager - Partnerships and Strategic Alliances
Responsibilities :
1. Partnership Strategy – Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners across sectors to drive business growth for the different services of PharmEasy.
2. Platform Alliances – Build and manage long-term relationships with banks, Fintechs, deal aggregators, and consumer platforms to launch co-branded campaigns and joint propositions.
3. Growth & Performance Management – Track partnership performance through data- driven insights, optimize ongoing collaborations for higher engagement and ROI, and identify opportunities to scale successful initiatives.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration – Partner with Product, Logistics, and Marketing teams to operationalize partnerships, launch integrated campaigns, and ensure seamless execution across customer touchpoints.
5. Payment Partnerships – Collaborate with payment gateways, wallets and UPI apps to create payment-linked offers, cashback programs, and strategic campaigns that drive higher transaction volumes and user retention.
6. Market & Competitor Analysis – Continuously assess industry trends, benchmark against leading partnership models, and identify emerging opportunities to strengthen PharmEasy’s strategic alliance network.
