Project Manager

Job description

• Minimum of6+ years relevant Program / Project Management experience
• Proven ability to apply advanced project and program management skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications and presentations
• Effectively utilize current project planning, reporting and support tools (e.g. project management software)
• Strong communicator with ability to build and develop relationships with multiple stakeholder groups to deliver expected benefits
• Outcome oriented with the ability to drill down from the big picture to process details
• Demonstrated ability to understand and manage business and / or technical requirements and processes
• Demonstrated ability to effectively translate user feedback into business requirements
• Ability to independently multi-task and manage competing projects and priorities
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining big picture view to ensure alignment across disciplines and stakeholder groups
• Ability to identify and support readiness activities needed for successful implementation of initiatives
• Ability to work in a fast paced, evolving culture requiring adaptability and flexibility in work efforts and behaviors
• Advanced experience with agile and waterfall project methodology
• Advanced knowledge of project lifecycle
