Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Academic Counselor at Backstage Pass Institute of Gaming and Technology in Hyderabad. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, helping them with academic advising, career counseling, and educational planning. The counselor will also be responsible for daily student counseling sessions and communication with students, parents, and faculty to ensure the academic and career success of each student.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication and Academic Advising skills
• Experience in the field of Education atleast 7 + years
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
• Experience in the gaming or technology sector is plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
